Focusing on the breath is one of the fastest and most powerful ways to regain control of our mental, emotional and physical health. Our breath is a direct link to our nervous system, and you'll discover how you can immediately reduce stress and anxiety, increase performance and attention, and get better sleep - simply by learning how to breathe. -
Plant Medicine & Psychedelic Therapy Facilitation
With the help and guidance of Mother Earth's healing plants and evidence-based psychedelics-assisted work, we can slowly work through layers of trauma in our bodies that prevent us from healing our deepest wounds. Plant medicine, along with other healing modalities, can be very beneficial for treating traumatic stress as they allow the body, mind and soul relax and receive the healing and care it needs.

Our bodies hold our trauma and sometimes need help with gentle massage and fascia release. The muscle that holds the most trauma in our bodies is our psoas muscle, which is connected to our hips and pelvic region -and not coincidentally an area of the body where many women hold trauma from their past. -

These were just some of the painful thoughts and feelings I had every day .. until I finally woke up and realized how unhappy and burnt out I was. So I understand where you’re at.
What made the difference for me was learning about how my past traumas, adverse experiences and entanglements were holding me hostage. Through my own journey and work, I discovered healing tools and approaches that allowed me to sweep away the negative and heavy feelings, and get back into touch with my passions, my love and my confidence.
This is precisely why I became certified and trained in a variety of healing modalities – so that I could help other women who want to find their passion again, their confidence, and who are tired of being exhausted and overwhelmed.
